Why Dugri? With over 95% of users feeling more supported and 90% reporting decreased stress, our app proves that sharing and listening make us stronger. Using a proven framework, Dugri connects you with people who have walked in your shoes. Share your real stories and feelings with someone who listens without judgment.
Dugri is more than a mental health app-it’s a SAFE and ANONYMOUS space to draw strength with:
. Shared Experiences: Communities tailored to your specific life path.
. Proven Framework: Structured protocols for constructive conversation.
. 24/7 Access: Support is available any time, anywhere.
. No Stigma: No paid professionals, no judgment, and no clinical "feel."
. Safe Environment: No selfies, no ads, and no trolling.
Our Secret Sauce: The Dugri Protocol. At the heart of our app is a structured framework of human connection that provides an instant sense of relief. This method has been implemented with tens of thousands of first responders and healthcare workers globally during times of crisis. The result? A quick release of stress and an overall sense of feeling better.
